To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we've created a clear and hassle-free shipping and returns policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are here to help with any questions or concerns.

Shipping Methods:

We offer free shipping for customers within Australia, making it convenient and affordable for you to purchase our products. For shipments to locations outside of Australia, we will contact you with a shipping charge before processing your order. Our products are shipped via Australia Post standard mail and are typically delivered within 7-12 days from the date of order. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If, by chance, your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we'll either issue a credit or replace it at no cost to you. Despite our efforts to ensure secure packing, if there's an issue, we'll do our best to resolve it. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Please note that our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to inspect and assess your purchase and make a return if necessary.
